Please double-check your mailing address before placing your order. Unfortunately, I will be unable to assist you if your package is shipped to the incorrect address that you provided. Therefore, it is important that you verify your address to ensure that you will receive your package.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS:

Customers are solely responsible for any taxes, duties, and customs fees associated with receiving their orders. If you choose to deny the package due to customs fees, I will not be able to refund the shipping and handling fees.

MY PACKAGE GOT LOST - IS THERE ANYTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT?

Once I have shipped your order, it is out of my hands and it becomes the responsibility of the carrier. If your package gets lost or does not arrive on time, please contact your local USPS office.

HOW LONG UNTIL I RECEIVE MY TUMBLER ONCE I PLACE AN ORDER?

The turnaround time for orders is 4-8 weeks. Please note that I am a single person and the estimated time of completion may vary due to the number of orders and my own time constraints. However, once your order is placed, I will begin working on it as soon as possible.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once you have placed your order, it cannot be canceled. Please be sure to thoroughly review your order before completing the checkout process.

I do not offer refunds, returns, or order cancellations. All sales are final.

COMBINING ORDERS:

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be combined or adjusted.
